NILON BAGS PRODUCTION MACHINE

HSLB is a newly designed machine for making roll T-shirt bags. This machine uses a die-cutting knife system (rotary knife) to completely overcome the aliasing error at the corner of the bag handle, ensuring that the bag strap is not torn vertically. In addition, this design also ensures a smooth cut between the bags and is much easier to tear than a machine using a serrated knife. With this model, customers can use it to make 2 different types of goods on the side.

Additional parts that can be installed include: Folding bags in the form of C, G, Z. For bags with a length of more than 800mm, a sensor can be installed to help the tearing knife when changing the roll to automatically shave at the right tear point. make sure the number of bags in the roll is more accurate.

Comes with this machine, customers can choose to install an automatic replacement of coils with cores, without cores or a combination of both with and without cores in the same device.
